Soft & Sacred is a calm, cultural honouring weekend at The Reverie Lantzville. This retreat is open to everyone and led by BIPOC, Indigenous, disabled, 2SLGBTQIA+ women & femmes of colour facilitators.
We gather on Snuneymuxw and Snaw-Naw-As lands for yoga grounded in Indian/South Asian roots, Ayurvedic kitchen wisdom, mantra as medicine, therapy-informed meditation, journaling, and unhurried rest. Choose Saturday or Sunday sessions, or come for both at a discount! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included each day.
